Then join our team at the reception desk as a receptionist (m/f/d).
Your job:
- Giving our guests a warm welcome and providing them with professional support
- Check-in and check-out as well as general reception tasks
- Acting as a contact person for our guests' questions, requests, and concerns
- Coordinating and collaborating with other departments in the hotel
- Contributing ideas, helping to shape and develop

Requirements
- Experience working at the front desk in the luxury hotel industry
- Enjoy working with people and have a strong host mentality
- Very good written and spoken German (minimum level C1)
- Confidence, organizational skills, and the ability to keep track of things—even in busy situations
- Team spirit, reliability, and a professional demeanor
- Language skills
