Your Job:
- Providing a warm welcome and professional service to our guests
- Check-in and check-out, as well as general front desk duties
- Processing reservations by phone, email, and through online portals
- Creating personalized vacation packages
- Serving as the first point of contact for our guests’ questions, requests, and concerns
- Close collaboration with other departments within the hotel

Requirements
- Experience working at the front desk in the upscale hospitality industry
- Enjoy working with people and a strong hospitality mindset
- Very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
- Composure, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a clear overview—even in busy situations
- Team spirit, reliability, and a professional demeanor
- Language skills
