Welcome to RETTER Bio Natur Resort - Hotel, in the middle of the Pöllauer Tal Nature Park in Eastern Styria - 70 km east of Graz. The climate-neutral RETTER Bio Natur Resort has been awarded many times as the best seminar hotel and most sustainable hotel business in Austria and is the ideal place for learning and development
The Retter Bio-Natur-Resort as a climate-neutral pioneer in tourism sees it as a great task to become fit for the future in the seminar and wellness hotel for all. Many measures have already been implemented - the hotel is 100% organic and climate neutral
Soon 30 years of organic certification of agriculture and kitchen
The uncompromisingly closed food cycle is consistently implemented and transparently experienced in the hotel and in the adjacent Retter BioGut. Here, the fruits of the 4ha organic farm are refined into juice, distillates, jams and ice cream, and 100% of the bread and pastries needed in the hotel and organic store are baked fresh daily. Courses and lectures on sustainable living are held regularly for guests. In the restaurant kitchen, out of conviction, only organic animals kept in the open from a maximum radius of 35 km are processed appreciatively in whole. Of course, vegans and vegetarians are also offered a fine selection.
10 e-charging stations and two new e-cabriolets for the guests
Electric-affine drivers will have 10 free eco-electricity charging stations at their disposal, and for those who want to become one, two brand-new Fiat 500 E convertibles with a range of 350 km will be available from May 2021 for a trip to regional highlights and producers.
100 regional employees - including 20 apprentices
make the corporate philosophy visible through their daily actions and carry it to the guests. To make this even more transparent, the Retter-Bio-Gut offers guided tours, courses and lectures on the topic of sustainability on an ongoing basis.
