Description
Do you want to gain a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and responsibilities, and do you see yourself as a future leader in the hospitality industry? Then you’ve come to the right place! Over the course of a 4-year apprenticeship, you’ll acquire the necessary expertise and take on a wide range of tasks at the front desk/administration, in event planning and execution, and in guest services. Why pursue an apprenticeship in the hospitality industry? The world is at your feet; you’ll face new challenges every day and earn money while doing so. You’ll engage with the pleasant aspects of life and have the chance to fully utilize your strengths. (Creativity, communication skills, organizational talent, for example.) You can inspire others with your demeanor and service, help them enjoy a wonderful vacation or seminar, and draw energy from it. Once you gain plenty of experience, the world is your oyster! There are many top jobs in this industry, and as a Retter apprentice, you’ll be welcome everywhere!
Requirements

Ideally, candidates for these two positions should have completed a pre-apprenticeship or attended a 2- or 3-year vocational school. The option to pursue an apprenticeship with a high school diploma is available at any time.
