What we offer our employees
As a certified public welfare company, we have developed our own Tannerhof tariff system, which is significantly higher than the current Dehoga tariff.
We pay all permitted surcharges up to the maximum amount.
-Apprentice salary: €1,400 in the first year of training, €1,600 in the second year of training.
-Staff apartments, some of which are located in the immediate vicinity of Tannerhof.
-A house with a garden for our trainees.
