Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Several years of experience in the restaurant or service industry, ideally in a management or assistant management position
- Completed culinary training OR comparable practical experience in the high-end restaurant industry
- A passion for hospitality and working with people
- A friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team

- An open, hands-on, and thoughtful approach
- A sense of responsibility and a willingness to support the restaurant manager in organizational and personnel matters and to fill in for them when they’re absent
