Description

The position of Assistant Hotel Manager includes the following duties: Office, restaurant, floor, kitchen and service. You can be used anywhere and can represent the management. You have learned the hotel business and have leadership skills. You should also be able to work in a team. Schedule rosters and manage personnel issues (vacation schedules, good days, work time accounts, etc) and be able to implement and fulfill guest requests. Working closely with hotel management involves a duty of confidentiality and requires the ability to work under pressure. Your knowledge of marketing matters is necessary, e.g. Google, Holidaycheck, etc. Maintaining portals and dealing with PMS Protel and DIRS21 would be desirable.
