Description
We are still looking for a Deputy Director in an annual position. Experienced and motivated department heads who would like to take the next step are also welcome. Start date 01.11.2024 or by arrangement.
In this position you report directly to the General Manager and are responsible for the operational management of the all inclusive Hotel Lohmann. You will be the first point of contact for guests and employees. You will also support the General Manager with pricing for future seasons, contract negotiations with travel agencies and budget preparation. Development to the position of Hotel Director is possible.
Requirements
Duration/type: Full-time / 6-day week during the season (approx. 8 months). Approx. 2 months per year out of season it is also possible to work from home. Laptop and cell phone will be provided. Requirements profile: An eye for detail. Full-blooded host. First experience as an assistant manager or at least two years as a department manager. Several years of management experience.
