- Ensuring perfect service
- Implementation of creative ideas to fascinate our guests with us at the Alp
- Close cooperation with our Chef de Rang's
- Intensive advice to our guests in the selection of beverages and dishes
- Carrying out all common preparatory and finishing work in the service department
