Description
We are hiring from mid-November 2023 or by appointment, gladly also year-round!
For our company we are looking for a motivated and above all creative and independent Entremetier (in). You will support our team and will be responsible for the position of Entremetier. This includes the preparation of all side dishes and soups, as well as the mis en place, cleanliness and hygiene at your own post.
We have a small seasonal menu that changes completely every 6 weeks. In addition, we offer a nice 3 course menu every day. You can also book 4 or 5 course gourmet dinner menus with us by advance reservation. All this together offers a very varied and exciting task. Our kitchen team consists of 4 people: Saucier/ Rotissier, Entremetier, Gardemanger+Patisserie, Kitchen Assistant/Washer.
We are looking for young and motivated gastro freaks who enjoy the job as much as we do. We offer you a varied and challenging job in a dynamic family team. An above-average performance-related remuneration is a matter of course for us and in addition we have 3 days of rest in the restaurant. This means that all employees always have 3 days off (Monday to Wednesday), except on holidays, which we are open.

Requirements
You have completed adequate training in the upscale hotel industry / gastronomy and have already gained professional experience in the position of entremetier. You convince with a confident appearance and positive charisma, are committed, motivated, flexible and keep the overview even in hectic times.

Offer
Own employee house located directly in the village only 500 m from the company and easily accessible on foot. In the house there is a common living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The house has 3 fully furnished rooms, i.e. a maximum of 3 people occupy the house. Opposite is a small grocery store (Nah&frisch) and behind it a small bar/coffee/restaurant. The bus stop is also just a few steps from the house. The nearby ski area Hinterstoder-Höss as well as the next village Hinterstoder can be reached by bus in 5 min. Here you can find more shopping facilities like sports store and clothes.
