The Eidenberger Alm needs an employee to support our kitchen team who is innovative, quality-conscious and has an entrepreneurial mindset for our upscale restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace. Requirements
We are looking for an ambitious, creative employee (m/f) who wants to take on responsibility and develop their entrepreneurial talent. You will be responsible for designing menus, daily menus, menus for dinner for two, etc., as well as organizing the kitchen crew. You have at least 5 years of professional experience. You are characterized by a high level of quality awareness, creativity and a flair for new trends. Of course, you are also a team player and are enthusiastic about your job.
