We are looking for a chef apprentice for an apprenticeship in an interesting industry with great future opportunities. In only 3 years you will achieve your degree as a cook
The apprenticeship pay and vacation entitlement are based on the requirements of the Chamber of Commerce and the collective agreement. Accommodation and meals are provided for you free of charge. We are also happy to support you in preparing for exams
But before the training really starts, you are welcome to drop by for a taster day so that you can get to know our company and the entire team beforehand

Create menus and menu sequences incl. allergen labeling (react to allergies and food intolerances)
plan and organize the purchase or ordering of food
Create purchasing and stock lists, store food properly
Control quality and quantity of delivered goods
Prepare ingredients: wash, chop, weigh, etc
Prepare food according to recipe using a variety of cooking techniques, such as frying, grilling, baking, boiling, simmering
season and taste the food
organize the workflow in the kitchen
create new recipes or recipe variations
arrange the dishes on plates
