Requirements
Management of the housekeeping department with 9 employees
Creation of work schedules/duty rosters
Structuring the daily routine and distributing the tasks for the team in the respective shifts
Checking the rooms and suites
Development and controlling of housekeeping standards
Introduction of cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
Responsible for carrying out laundry checks and ordering (guest articles, cleaning agents, consumables, etc.)
Several years of professional experience in housekeeping
Very good knowledge of German and English
Reliability, enthusiasm, cordiality, flexibility and enthusiasm for teamwork
calm nature, even in hectic moments
