Requirements
- Completed vocational training
- Professional experience as a reservation clerk or at the reception desk
- Knowledge of hotel software, preferably GastoDat
- Perfect knowledge of written and spoken German and English
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Good self-organization as well as precise and structured way of working
- Flexibility, resilience and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to develop personally
