We are strengthening our team with a cosmetics manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Warm welcome and greeting of our guests
• Professional care and advice for our guests on the treatments on offer at the STOCK DIAMOND SPA
• Personal and telephone coordination of SPA treatments
• Active product sales and comprehensive cross-selling
• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the SPA concept and the joint assurance of cleanliness, safety and hygiene in the entire SPA area
• SPA reception service
• In the absence of the spa management:
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the SPA area including staff deployment planning
  • Induction and motivation of employees to promote a harmonious team
  • Inventory control and orders

Your profile

• Professional and technical experience in similar positions, preferably in a comparable hotel category
• Completed training in the cosmetics sector
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a strong sense of hospitality
• Convincing communication talent with the ability to respond to a wide range of needs
• Open and willing to learn attitude and team-oriented way of working
• Well-groomed appearance and confident demeanor
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of the SPA software TAC and the hotel program Protel is an advantage
• Knowledge of Maria Galland, QMS and Ligne St. Barth products is an advantage
