We are strengthening our team with a Deputy Front Office Manager (m/f/d)

You know how to look after our guests in a friendly, professional and personal manner
You are the central point of contact for our guests and you and your team ensure that all guest wishes are fulfilled
Supporting the front office management and taking over tasks in their absence
Central contact person and role model for the front office team of approx. 10 employees
Coordination of daily tasks in the front office and ensuring the specified quality standards

Open and cordial personality with a positive charisma and confident demeanor
Professional experience in this position & this hotel category
Good team player with leadership quality, role model function, assertiveness & organizational talent
Business management thinking and acting
Very good German. & English language skills, Italian and/or French an advantage
Good IT skills (MS Office and preferably Protel)
