For you as our massage therapist, this means: careful advance planning of treatments, supplies, and rooms. We expect you to have a “gentle touch” when interacting with clients. Through good preparation, you should exude calm. We expect you to: attract and retain customers, master treatments and perform them with tact, sell products effectively, and work independently, efficiently, and with professional expertise. Of course, hygiene, ethics, and the company’s interests must be observed. Several years of experience in high-quality hotel wellness is an advantage.
