YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the F&B department
- Placing orders for our locations and maintaining ongoing contact with our suppliers
- Maintenance and preparatory tasks related to the POS system and Orderman
- Providing ongoing support to the service team in day-to-day operations as well as in administrative and organizational matters
- Conducting closing procedures and inventory at the end of the season
- Contributing new ideas and sustainable optimization opportunities
