Front and back office Receptionist (m/f/d)

Reception service is also possible for part-time or for us even better for full-time,
6 or 5 days week, just as we can work it out with each other.
For seasonal position winter and summer or almost-annual job with 10 months from December to September.
Our hotel program is Gastrodat. Your responsibilities include guest information at the reception, processing offers and reservations, issuing ski passes and the Hochkönig Card, maintaining online portals, looking after the small hotel store, escorting guests to their rooms on arrival, writing the daily post and menu, filling the room folders and equipping the arrival rooms with arrival information (welcome heart, room key, guest welcome).
Our season will start on December 15, 2023 until the beginning of Easter Monday 2024, happy to work together for a longer period of time.
Your accommodation is in the room with bathroom, toilet, TV, bed linen and towels and board,
W-LAN and use of the wellness area is also included.
There is also a recreation room and a staff laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board.
All employees can use the coffee machine in the kitchen with tea all day.
For drinks in between there are syrups with water and 1 x per day a drink from the bar, such as lemonade, cola, beer, wine.
