We are looking for a Receptionist (f/m/d) for our motivated reception team from August 1, 2024. You can expect interesting and responsible tasks in a young, committed team. In our private and modern hotel business in a prime location (right next to the Hahnenkammbahn) in Kitzbühel, our team is the most important pillar for our joint and sustainable success. Your tasks:
- Warmly looking after and advising our hotel guests
- Professional implementation of check-in and check-out
- Processing guest correspondence
- Active sales of our offers
- Processing reservations
- Independent work on projects
- Various administrative tasks
- Collaboration with other departments to ensure the smooth running of daily operations

Requirements
- Professional experience as a receptionist (at least one year) or relevant training in this field
- Proactive personality with an independent, structured and precise way of working
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented personality
- Flexibility and openness to new challenges
- Knowledge of Fidelio and Siteminder desirable (not a must)
- Experience with SmartHost and GuestNet an advantage
