For our guests, the Schmelzhof is “a hotel that feels like home,” and the same goes for our staff.

Welcome to the Schmelzhof Boutique Hotel!

The sun shines down on Lech, and against the blue sky, the snow-covered mountains look like something out of a fairy tale. This is where we pamper our guests.

The "Boutique-Hotel Schmelzhof" is one of the top hotels in Lech am Arlberg. We place great value on a personal touch and tradition. That’s why we’re looking for people who are communicative and friendly and who are eager to celebrate the art of hospitality.

The Schmelzhof team works at a family-run business that provides excellent service, allowing us to put our philosophy into practice.

We look forward to meeting interesting people—so come join us!
