What we offer our employees
WE OFFER
- Excellent pay + at least € 350.00 per month above the collective agreement
- A 4, 5, 5 1/2 or 6-day week - you decide how many days you want to work
- Stubai Team Card - you can use numerous attractions in the Stubai Valley such as mountain railroads, swimming pools and much more free of charge
- Use of our fitness room, SPA area and bicycles free of charge on certain days
- Excellent working atmosphere with many long-standing employees
ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
- Luxury single apartment with shower/WC in the staff house approx. 100 m away with free parking
- Meals in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening (also on days off)
REMUNERATION AND REWARDS
- Wage according to Austrian collective agreement (collective agreement) with willingness for generous overpayment - depending on qualifications, experience and daily work week
- 13 and 14 month salary
- 5 weeks vacation
- Participation in the tip pot
