What we offer our employees
WE OFFER
• Excellent pay + at least €350.00 per month under the collective bargaining agreement
• A 4-, 5-, 5½-, or 6-day workweek—you decide how many days you want to work

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
• Luxury studio apartment with shower/toilet in the staff housing located approximately 100 meters away, with free parking
• Meals in the morning, at lunchtime, and in the evening (including on days off)
COMPENSATION AND REWARDS
• Salary in accordance with the Austrian collective bargaining agreement, with a willingness to offer a generous premium—depending on qualifications, experience, and the workweek
• 13th and 14th month's salary
• 5 weeks of vacation
• Contribution to the tip jar
