Kitchen Assistant (m/f/d)

We are currently looking for a reliable and dedicated kitchen assistant with hands-on experience (m/f/d) to join our kitchen team at Forster’s Naturresort in the Stubai Valley.

1. Very good pay (2,200 euros net per month!)

2. You decide how many days you want to work: a 5-, 5½-, or 6-day workweek

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting our kitchen team with all necessary preparation tasks
• Independently washing, cutting, portioning, and preparing food
• Assisting with the preparation and serving of meals
• Proper Storage and Careful Handling of Food
• Cleaning and keeping your own work area and the kitchen equipment you use clean
• Compliance with our hygiene, quality, and HACCP standards
• Supporting the kitchen team wherever help is needed at the moment

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Positive Person
• Adiligent work ethic
• Knowledge of German to facilitate communication within the kitchen team
• A careful and thorough approach to work
• Practical work experience as a kitchen assistant, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
• Interested in a long-term collaboration (11 months)
