YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintenance and repair work
• Storage of goods and control of stock levels
• Good with your hands and technical understanding
• Luggage service for our guests upon arrival and departure
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the entire hotel grounds
• Care and careful handling of work equipment and machines
• Providing comprehensive cleaning services, gardening maintenance
• Minor repairs and winter maintenance in the managed facilities
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines
• Waste sorting and disposal

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Positive person
• Hardworking approach
• Work experience, common sense, and training in a skilled trade (electrician, technician, plumber, carpenter, etc.)
• knowledge of German
• Skilled in crafts and technology
• Independent identification and reporting of damage, irregularities, etc.
• Love for your profession, enjoyment of your work, and the will to tackle the job
• Good manners and enjoyment in dealing with our international guests
• Team player, motivated, punctual, and dependable
• Careful and orderly working methods
• Interested in long-term cooperation (11 months)
