WHAT WE OFFER YOU:

1. Excellent pay (€2,750.00net per month!)

2. You decide how many days you want to work: a 4-, 5-, 5½-, or 6-day week

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintenance and repair work
• Storage of goods and inventory control
• Good with their hands and technically savvy
• Luggage service upon our guests' arrival and departure
• Responsible for keeping the entire hotel grounds clean
• Proper maintenance and careful handling of tools and machinery
• Provision of comprehensive cleaning services and landscaping maintenance
• Minor repairs and winter maintenance in the managed properties
• Compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines
• Waste sorting and disposal

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• Positive person
• Hard-working approach
• Work experience, common sense, and training in a trade (electrician, technician, plumber, carpenter, etc.)
• German language skills (B1 – intermediate level)
• Skilled in both manual and technical work
• Independently identifying and reporting damage, problems, etc.
• A passion for the profession, enjoyment of the work, and the drive to tackle the job head-on
• Good manners and a cheerful attitude when interacting with our international guests
• A team player, motivated, punctual, and reliable
• A careful and meticulous approach to work
• Interested in a long-term collaboration (11 months)
