1. Very good pay (2,750.00euros net per month!)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for maintenance and repair work
• Storage of Goods and Inventory Control
• Good manual skills and an understanding of technology
• Luggage service upon our guests' arrival and departure
• Responsible for keeping the entire hotel grounds clean
• Maintenance and Careful Handling of Work Equipment and Machinery
• Providing comprehensive cleaning services and landscaping maintenance
• Minor Repairs and Winter Maintenance in the Managed Properties
• Compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Hygiene Guidelines
• Waste Sorting and Disposal

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• Positive Person
• Adiligent work ethic
• Work experience, common sense, and training in a trade (electrician, technician, plumber, carpenter, etc.)
• Knowledge of German (B1 - Intermediate)
• Skilled in crafts and technology
• Independently identifying and reporting damage, problems, etc.
• A passion for the profession, enjoyment of the work, and the drive to tackle the job head-on
• Good manners and a cheerful attitude when interacting with our international guests
• A team player, motivated, punctual, and reliable
• A careful and thorough approach to work
• Interested in a long-term collaboration (11 months)
