Our corporate philosophy

We are a family-run 4-star superior hotel in the Alps, and are a leading hotel for seminar and conference tourism in Austria.

Facilities and services are not enough. Only a relaxed atmosphere and friendly, high-quality service can turn a hotel into a feel-good hotel. Guests feel cared for, pampered and at home. This is our goal and we are looking for employees who are willing to support us in this endeavor

For exactly the same reasons, the well-being of our employees is also a major concern for us, because only those who feel comfortable can convey a sense of "well-being"
To this end, we offer our employees free use of sports facilities such as tennis, squash, bowling alley, fitness room, etc. We also promote the further training of our team through our employee academy
New highlight since 2023: Employee e-car for free use!
Buffet-style catering, soft drinks and espresso coffee on all days are just as normal for us as free use of washing machines and dryers in our staff residence

Highlight 2025: We are investing EUR 17 million in the new World of Congress in Saalfelden. Be there LIVE! The new team restaurant will open in spring 2025. This will be followed by the team lounge with indoor & outdoor area and a modern team entrance. Unique and exciting for our Brandlhofers.
