Cook, restaurant specialist or training at reception (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Training in the kitchen:

• Preparing the post for service/mise en place Cooking and preparing dishes for our various F&B outlets as well as for events
• Organizing the work area, warehouses and cold stores Assisting with the receipt and inspection of goods
• Insight into the serving of food and beverages
• Compliance with and implementation of all safety and hygiene guidelines

Training in the restaurant:

• Conducting advisory and sales talks Preparing, cleaning and maintaining restaurants and outlets
• Planning events and helping to organize them
• Carrying out and monitoring mise en place and serving work
• First-class menu or a la carte service, first-class bar service and preparation of cocktails
• active sales to guests
• Compliance with the specified quality standards

Training at the reception desk:

• Guest training and guest care (guest relations)
• Support and execution of classic reception tasks: Check in & check out and porter
• Training in reservation and sales as well as marketing insights
