Requirements
- Completed training as a chef and experience in upscale gastronomy Current HACCP training or comparable training in hygiene standards
- Very good technical and product knowledge Ability to make decisions and work in a team Confident and confident manner
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- valid work permit
These are your tasks:
- Daily preparation of the mise en place
- Producing and serving dishes
- Organization and coordination of the processes at your post Economical and responsible handling of food and raw materials
