Our Ritzenhof****S - Hotel and Spa on the Lake is idyllically located directly on Lake Ritzensee, with the imposing Steinernes Meer as a backdrop. For our guests, the Ritzenhof is a haven of peace and at the same time a source of inspiration. For our team it is a unique workplace.

The wellness hotel is now run by the second and third generation of the Riedlsperger family
It is incredibly important to us that our team is doing well. Because only then will our guests be well too
Flexibility in working time models is a must for Ritzenhof boss Martina these days: "When a new team member joins us at Ritzenhof, we always talk to them personally to find out how we can organize their working hours and conditions so that they feel comfortable with us in the long term. And we usually succeed!"
