Your Job:

Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly
Leading, coordinating, and motivating our service team of up to 10 employees
Providing warm and professional service to our national and international guests
Ensuring our service and quality standards are met
Working closely with the kitchen, front desk, and hotel management
Helping to shape and further develop our service procedures
5-day workweek with 45 hours per week

Requirements

Several years of experience in upscale restaurants or the hospitality industry (4-star superior or higher)
Leadership experience and a passion for guiding and developing a team
Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1)
Very good English skills (at least B2) to confidently interact with our international guests
A strong hospitality mindset and a confident, warm demeanor
Organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to high standards of quality

Language skills

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

English

B2 (good intermediate level)

Work permit: Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
Working time: Full-time (5 days)

Work experience: 5 Jahre
Leadership experience: 1 Jahr
