Your Job:
- Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly
- Leading, coordinating, and motivating our service team of up to 10 employees
- Providing warm and professional service to our national and international guests
- Ensuring our service and quality standards are met
- Working closely with the kitchen, front desk, and hotel management
- Helping to shape and further develop our service procedures
- 5-day workweek with 45 hours per week

Requirements
- Several years of experience in upscale restaurants or the hospitality industry (4-star superior or higher)
- Leadership experience and a passion for guiding and developing a team
- Excellent written and spoken German (at least C1)
- Very good English skills (at least B2) to confidently interact with our international guests
- A strong hospitality mindset and a confident, warm demeanor
- Organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a commitment to high standards of quality
Experience

Language skills
English B2 (good intermediate level)
German C1 (advanced knowledge)
Work permit
Must have a work permit (or be an EU citizen)
