Head Chef for the 2027 Winter Season! (m/f/d)

Description
We are looking for a motivated, creative, all-around chef for our small, family-run ****bed-and-breakfast. Responsibilities: * Breakfast—prepare and oversee the breakfast buffet * Cook lunch for our staff (max. 7 people) and treat our guests to a small menu in the evening (soup/main course/dessert—no salad bar!!) (by advance reservation only—guests must sign up during breakfast) max. 20 meals, sometimes only 5–10 meals, or just items from the snack menu. The kitchen is open only until 8:00 PM.
You can expect a relatively quiet work environment in afour-star setting—since we do NOT offer half-board!!!!—we only offer the small menu and the snack menu in the afternoon as an additional service.
We’re looking for a dedicated individual who is willing to bring their own creativity and ideas to traditional Austrian cuisine.
