Description
We are looking for a motivated, creative, all-around chef for our small, family-run ****bed-and-breakfast. Responsibilities: * Breakfast – Prepare the breakfast buffet and oversee it * Cooking lunch for our staff (max. 7 people) and treating our guests to a small menu in the evening (soup/main course/dessert—no salad bar!!) (by reservation only—guests must sign up at breakfast) max. 20 meals, sometimes only 5–10 meals or just from the snack menu. The kitchen is only open until 8:00 PM.
You can expect a relatively quiet work environment in a four-star setting—since we do NOT offer half-board!!!!—we only offer the small menu and the snack menu in the afternoon as an additional service.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is willing to bring their own creativity and ideas to traditional Austrian cuisine.
