Description
We are looking for a motivated, creative all-round chef for our small, family-run ****breakfast hotel. Tasks: * Breakfast - preparing and supervising the breakfast buffet * Cooking lunch for our employees (max. 7 people) and spoiling our guests in the evening with a small menu (soup/main course/dessert—no salad buffet!!) (only with advance notice—guests must sign up at breakfast) max. 20 meals, sometimes only 5-10 meals or only from the snack menu. The kitchen is only open until 8:00 p.m.
You can expect a rather quiet job in the four-star sector, as we do NOT offer half board!!!! We only offer the small menu and the snack menu in the afternoon as an additional service.
We are looking for a committed individual who is willing to contribute their own creativity and ideas to traditional Austrian cuisine.
