Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Assisting our guests in the front office and reception area
- Primarily back-office tasks in the reservations department
- Check-in and check-out
- Telephone and written correspondence
- Processing reservations and inquiries
- General administrative tasks
- Collaboration with various departments within the company
- Maintenance of the booking and POS system
- Casablanca reservation program - HNS channel manager
- Language skills
German
C1 (advanced knowledge)
