For our Almwellness Resort Tuffbad, we are looking for a Service Team Leader (m/f/d) with a special interest and knowledge in the field of wine and culinary culture. 🍷 What you should bring to the table:✅ Experience in a leadership role in service or as a Chef de Rang with potential for growth✅ Passion for wine & in-depth expertise – possibly also sommelier training (or an interest in it)✅ Organizational skills, team spirit, and a joy in clear, respectful communication✅ A knack for working with people—both guests and colleagues✅ A sense of responsibility, initiative, and enthusiasm for Tuffbad’s values✅ Computer skills (e.g., POS systems like Orderman) are a plus

Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
✔️ Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, or a comparable qualification✔️ Several years of experience in upscale service, ideally in the wellness or 4****Superior hotel sector✔️ Experience in professional, warm guest interaction—from greeting to personal farewell✔️ Solid knowledge of à la carte and beverage service; wine knowledge is a plus✔️ Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Orderman) and MS Office✔️ Language skills in German (very good) and ideally other foreign languages (English is a plus)

✔️ Strong service orientation and the ability to anticipate our guests’ needs✔️ Warmth, empathy, and a passion for providing personalized service to our guests✔️ Strong organizational and planning skills, even during busy service periods✔️ Excellent communication skills and team spirit – you are a host with heart and foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere✔️ Sense of responsibility, initiative, and a confident demeanor✔️ A well-groomed appearance and an authentically positive attitude
