Description
To strengthen our service team, we are looking for a friendly and reliable employee who would like to take on a leadership role within our team.
Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Guest services: addressing individual requests, allergies, and vegetarian needs
- Complaint management: Resolving conflicts and handling complaints
- Team leadership: Motivating and guiding the service team
- Staff training: Regular instruction on the menu, beverages, and procedures
- Monitoring of preparation and cleanup tasks
- Shift hours: 7:00 a.m.–9:30 p.m.
- Beverage Inventory: Regular checks of beverage stock
- Cross-departmental communication (especially with the kitchen team)

Requirements
- A charming demeanor toward guests
- Caring interaction with the guests’ children
- Leadership skills and a desire to lead a team (experience is a plus, but not required!)
- Completed training or at least 3 years of professional experience in the service industry
- Attention to detail and a commitment to the highest quality
