First impressions count! You are the first point of contact for guests at our company. You communicate with guests via email and phone, and you are the first person they interact with upon arrival. Through first-class guest service and communication, you lay the groundwork for ensuring guests have a perfect and unforgettable vacation. You contribute to the company’s financial success through your own initiative and support our corporate and operational goals. Responsibilities: - Greeting and seeing off guests at all times - Checking guests in and out - Informing guests about hotel services - Working with the hotel software Protel, ReGuest, Word, Excel, and Outlook - Handling email and phone correspondence - Preparing cash register and daily closing reports - Managing massage appointments - Making table reservations for our à la carte restaurant - Issuing ski passes for our guests
