Requirements
Your tasks will include looking after, advising and checking in and out our international guests. Office and reservation activities in the back office as well as various administrative tasks. What requirements/qualifications should you have? - completed training in the hotel industry - Stress resistance and composure - Ability to work independently - Punctuality and honesty - Excellent written and spoken German and very good English skills - Confident handling of MS Office - Knowledge of the Opera hotel program is an advantage
