About us:The Hotel Nagalu in Fiss is a modern, family-run hotel with 35 stylishly furnished rooms. We offer our guests comfortable accommodation in the middle of the beautiful Tyrolean Alps and attach great importance to personal service and a family atmosphere. In order to guarantee our guests the best possible stay, we are now looking for a receptionist (m/f/d) to actively support our team and ensure that our guests feel completely at ease.
Requirements
Your profile:
- Experience in reception, the hotel industry or customer service is an advantage, but not essential
- Friendly, polite and professional demeanor
- Strong communication skills and a pronounced service awareness
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility and organizational skills
- Good PC skills (especially MS Office, hotel software an advantage)
- Independent working style and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
