At our two 4-star hotels in Serfaus, we delight our guests with our friendliness, warmth, and excellent service. Alongside our guests, our dedicated and satisfied staff are the most important factor in our success. We are looking to expand our teams with seasonal staff for the upcoming seasons.
Requirements
As the primary point of contact for our guests, genuine warmth and friendliness are essential requirements for this position. We require attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and fluency in spoken and written English, as well as a high degree of precision in your work. Organizing reception duties—for example, issuing cable car tickets in the winter, coordinating beauty appointments, or coordinating the summer activity leaders.
