Description

- Development and implementation of strategies for marketing the hotel, including in cooperation with the Moser family - Control and adaptation of online presentations (own products and third-party products) - Establishment, expansion and maintenance of cooperations (regional and national) - Support in the conception and implementation of photo shoots and video shoots - Analysis and monitoring of market developments - Cooperation with the PR department and support for local activities and press trips - Creation of content for social media, editorial planning and content management - Collaboration in the management of our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube) incl. Creation of videos / reals for social media - Conceptual and operational marketing management in close cooperation with the management - Trend research, further development of the "Eggerwirt" brand - Organization, processing & coordination of mailings & brochures with agencies & printers - Support with content management and creation of target group-oriented content for all online channels (social media, newsletter, website, etc.) - Creation of graphics / advertisements for all online channels (social media, newsletter, website, etc.)) - Creation of graphics / advertisements / print materials / flyers etc. with In Design & Photoshop - Support with employee marketing - Support with website administration & portals

Requirements

- Completed studies or training in marketing, or a comparable qualification - Experience in online or social media marketing - Experience in marketing, preferably in the hotel industry - Sound knowledge of marketing strategies and the use of digital marketing tools - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Creativity and innovative spirit - Passion for wellness, sports, enjoyment & family - Analytical skills and strategic thinking - Creative personality with a structured, independent way of working - Team player with a high level of initiative, hands-on mentality and a love of the hotel industry
