Your tasks:

Technical and disciplinary management of the housekeeping department
Responsible for the cleanliness of the public areas, hotel rooms and spa area.
Management of the in-house laundry
Control of the departure and stay rooms
Forwarding of damages and defects to the responsible authorities.
Purchase and stock management of all required products within budget.
Training and further education of employees and apprentices
Personnel planning according to budget specifications
Monitor and comply with health and safety regulations
Responsible for the implementation and enforcement of quality standards

Requirements

Completed at least 3 years of training in the hospitality industry
At least 3 years of professional experience
You are enthusiastic and your positive work attitude motivates your employees
You value honesty, creativity, and respectful cooperation
You have a high sense of responsibility and quality
Profound knowledge of German and English
EU citizen or permit

Language skills

German

C1 (advanced knowledge)

Work permit: EU citizens preferred (no admission required)
Working time: Full-time

Leadership experience: > 5 Jahre

For the advertised position, at 45 hours and 5 days/week, a minimum basic salary applies
of 2800.00 euros gross per month.
