Where nature meets bar culture.
In the heart of the Sonnberghof estate, a special place is taking shape: the herBARium —inspired by the Latin word herbarium. Surrounded by over 100 different herbs growing right in front of your bar, mixology here becomes a nature experience.
Our spacious glass front opens completely—transforming the bar into a seamless transition between indoors and outdoors. Fragrant herbs, fresh mountain air, and creative drinks blend into a unique experience.

Requirements
Your Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving cocktails, long drinks, aperitifs, and classic drinks
- Advising our guests with passion and expertise
- Ensuring cleanliness, order, and the highest hygiene standards
- Responsibility for ordering supplies and managing inventory in the bar area
- Being a host: attentive, authentic, and warm
Your Profile
- Experience as a bartender or in upscale service is a plus
- Passion for beverage culture, herbs, flavors, and trends
- Enjoyment of creativity and experimentation
- Well-groomed appearance and positive demeanor
- Team spirit and ability to work independently
- Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
- Very good German skills; English is a plus
