Bartender (m/f/d)

We are looking for a qualified and motivated bartender for our family-run, year-round 4-star hotel in the Tannheimer Valley, which accommodates approximately 200 guests and employs 90 staff members.

 Your responsibilities:

• Serving our guests at the hotel bar from 2:30 p.m. to midnight with warmth and professionalism
• Preparing and Serving Cocktails, Long Drinks, Aperitifs, and Other Beverages
• Providing expert advice to our guests on beverage selection
• Ensuring that bar and service operations run smoothly
• Mise en place, as well as preparation and cleanup tasks at the bar
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness, and hygiene in the bar area
• Active Sales and Recommendations of Beverages
• Coffee service, including preparation using a portafilter coffee maker
• Serving food and drinks throughout the restaurant (from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) 

Here's what we offer you:

• Full-time position
• Work Hours: 5-day workweek, 9 hours per day (45 hours per week)
• Start date: September 1, 2026, or as agreed
• Fixed Days Off
• Shift: 2:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (30-minute break)
• 13th and 14th Paychecks (Vacation Pay and Christmas Bonus)
