Description
For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Chef de Rang (m/f/d) to join our team at our Umbrella restaurant in Gerlos.
In this role, you will manage your own service station area and use your expertise, professionalism, and hospitality to ensure a first-class guest experience. You will provide our guests with expert advice on selecting food and beverages and ensure a smooth, high-quality service experience.

Requirements
Professional Requirements:
- Completed training in the field of food service, hospitality, or restaurant management
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, ideally in a comparable position
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service
- Good knowledge of wines and beverages is a plus
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Very good command of German; knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and shifts

- The minimum base salary under the collective bargaining agreement is €2,375.00 gross per month; we are willing to pay above the collective bargaining agreement rate depending on the candidate’s qualifications. The gross salary of €3,000 to €3,200 includes 8 hours of overtime per week based on a 6-day workweek.
