Bar Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a motivated bar manager (m/f/d) for our company for the upcoming 2026/27 winter season.

We’re not looking for someone who just stands behind the bar. 

We’re looking for someone with a keen sense of what makes a truly great bar—with an eye for detail, a sure instinct for quality, and a passion for turning every drink into an experience.AsBar Manager (m/f/d), you’ll take responsibility for our entire bar area and have the freedom to contribute your own ideas and actively help shape the future of our bar. 

Responsibilities: 

• You’ll be responsible for the entire bar area and ensure that everything runs smoothly 

   

• You’ll be actively behind the bar, delighting our guests with high-quality drinks 

   

• You’ll continue to develop our bar menu and contribute your own ideas 

   

• You ensure quality, presentation, and a consistently high standard 

   

• You keep track of inventory usage and costs 

   

• You serve as the technical point of contact for the bar team 

   

• You assist with training and professional development in the bar area 

   

• You’ll work closely with restaurant management and the service staff 

   

• Our restaurant management handles staff supervision and scheduling
