For the position of Head Entremetier, you need excellent German language skills as well as appropriate training as a chef. We also value your reliability, communication skills, and commitment to quality.
Requirements
Your responsibilities as a Tournant:
- Preparing side dishes and soups for our daily gourmet menu
- Preparing hot dishes for our daily lunch and children’s buffets as well as the afternoon snack
- Organizing the workstation and collaborating
- Ensuring smooth operations at your station and close coordination with the head chef
- Compliance with quality and hygiene regulations
You can expect a great team led by our head chef Helli and his crew.
