Description
Kicking off the upcoming 2026/2027 winter season—winter and summer seasons available. Seeking a Chef (M/F/D) or Kitchen Manager (M/F/D)!
We are looking for a suitable team player with leadership qualities to join our company. Lead our kitchen team and bring your ideas and vision to life in the hotel restaurant.
What’s required? Kitchen management, cooking at a 4-star hotel standard, as well as menu planning and staff scheduling. Purchasing, hygiene, and everything else related to the position of kitchen manager. We expect a respectful approach not only toward food but, above all, within the team. A positive work environment is an essential requirement.
What do we offer in return? Support with daily operations and regular working hours. A salary to be negotiated—which always sounds good—and we’ll find a way to reach a mutual agreement. Room and board (yes, we really do have great accommodations—a 2-room apartment with kitchen facilities, shower/toilet) provided free of charge, along with free Wi-Fi and the Paznaun CREW Card, which offers several benefits.
