As Chef Gardemanger, you are responsible for preparing and presenting appetizers. You plan and organize the daily operations in your area and ensure that all cold and warm appetizers are served at a consistently high level of quality.You will monitor compliance with hygiene regulations and coordinate the tasks of your team. You will also be responsible for food storage and control and will assist the head chef with menu planning. Your experience and skills will contribute significantly to the success of the kitchen.
