As a Commis de Cuisine, you will assist the Chef de Partie and the kitchen team in preparing meals. You will be responsible for mise en place, which involves preparing ingredients and workstations.You will assist with the preparation and plating of dishes and ensure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained. Your responsibilities also include cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment. You will independently handle smaller tasks, thereby contributing to efficiency and the smooth operation of the kitchen. Through your work, you will gain valuable experience and further develop your skills.
