Description
As a commis de cuisine, you will assist the chef de partie and the kitchen team in preparing meals. You will be responsible for mise en place, i.e., preparing the ingredients and workstations.You will help with the preparation and plating of dishes and ensure that hygiene and safety standards are maintained. Your tasks will also include cleaning and maintaining the work areas and equipment. You will take on smaller tasks independently, contributing to efficiency and smooth operations in the kitchen. Through your work, you will gain valuable experience and further develop your skills.
