Your area of responsibility
- Independent item management
- Preparation of all cold and hot dishes within the framework of classic Austrian and international cuisine
- Empathic and motivating leadership of assigned employees
- Ongoing coordination and consultation with kitchen management
- Co-design of the menu plan

Requirements
The area of the Gardemanger is quite extensive, because he processes all the goods that are used in the kitchen. The Gardemanger not only prepares buffets for banquets and cold platters and salad buffets. His main duties include preparing fish, shellfish, crustaceans, poultry, and game. He must also be proficient in the preparation of pâtés & terrines & hors d'oeuvres.
