Description
We are the Bärenwirt in Hermagor, a year-round establishment with a clear philosophy: artisanal cuisine, working in harmony with the seasons, and a respectful atmosphere within a close-knit, well-coordinated team.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who brings experience to the table, takes on responsibility in day-to-day operations, and enjoys working in a calm, clean environment. It is important to us that the candidate wants to be a long-term part of our team.
The start date is planned for May 2026.
Requirements
- Completed culinary training and/or substantial professional experience
- Ability to work independently at your own station
- Clean, organized work style and technical expertise
- Interest in seasonal cuisine and product quality
- Team player, reliable, and able to remain calm in everyday work situations
- Willingness to take on responsibility and share knowledge
