At the 5-star Burg Hotel Oberlech, we combine alpine elegance, warm hospitality, and the highest quality in the Arlberg region. We’re looking for people to join our team who share these values with dedication and enthusiasm.
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for a specific section of the kitchen. You ’ll plan and organize the daily operations in your section and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards.
You monitor compliance with hygiene regulations and coordinate the tasks of your station team.
You’ll also be responsible for food storage and quality control, and you’ll assist the executive chef with menu planning.
Through your experience and skills, you play a key role in the kitchen’s success.

- Completed training as a chef in upscale dining
- At least 3 years of comparable professional experience in internationally renowned hotels
- Effective and confident communication in German and English
- Passion for fine dining
