Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of food in your area
- Supporting the head chef in planning and implementing the menus
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of the dishes
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations
- Management and training of commis de cuisine and kitchen assistants
- Creative co-design of new dishes and menus
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
- Creativity and passion for the kitchen
- Ability to work in a team and a high sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
- Language skills
