Description
Your responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of dishes in your section
- Assisting the head chef with menu planning and execution
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of dishes
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations
- Managing and training commis de cuisine and kitchen assistants
- Helping to creatively develop new dishes and menus
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a chef or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in fine dining or the hospitality industry
- Creativity and a passion for cooking
- Ability to work in a team and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to handle pressure and flexibility
- Language skills
German
C1 (advanced knowledge)
